Apartment 2 - The Versace

We had an absolutely fabulous family holiday because of this amazing apartment. It is a well size apartment with plenty space for large family to enjoy. The bonus is for sure the Nanny room with it own facility. Each of the bedrooms have on suite bathroom.

All 3 Bedrooms have perfect sea views. The location is absolutely perfect, and it is on the JBR boardwalk and right on Marina at back.

You have direct access to the beach and access to bridge of the island and Ferris Wheel.

Will never stay in a hotel again as this gives the whole family plenty space but all together in one unit. — Miranda Meyer, 12 Nov 2023

Apartment 2 - The Versace

We just returned from an absolutely fantastic family holiday in Dubai and our fabulous accommodation was part of making our holiday the best ever.

The location is absolutely perfect and right on the beach. You walk from the pool to the beach and onto boardwalk and about 50m from bridge to Blue Island.

The unit was spacious, and the Nanny room was a real gem as my daughter had a small baby. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you can see there has been an interior designer involved. The electric curtains were a real luxury.

It has a lovely kitchen and laundry.

The views from all bedrooms, lounge and balconies are spectacular. You right there on the beach, stunning view on Ferris wheel and the yachts on the marina.

This is far better value for money than booking into a hotel.

We will for sure return in future.

Fantastic apartment, very well set up for a family or large group! All rooms are spacious and newly furnished, with all the mod cons you'd expect at this price. The area is just perfect, with a large private pool, very close access to the beach (with numerous water sport activities) and then you have have JBR walk within 2 minutes from the apartment. We took our girls' scooters away with us which made it easy for them to get around - a very child friendly area!! The restaurant options are endless, as well as great options if you just prefer a coffee or takeaway in the apartment. Natalie was very responsive with all queries, which made it easy for us to prepare for our holiday. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning again! — Matt , 15 Feb 2017

This was the best holiday me & my family have had not only in Dubai but anywhere in a long time. We usually stay in a hotel but there were a few of us this time on a family New Year holiday, so we decided to stay in an apartment to all be together & it was certainly the best choice for us, the apartment was huge & we had more than enough space with our own bathrooms as there are 5 of them!!! It's so modern & has everything you need & more, the location is perfect & you have so much to choose from, you never get stuck for things to do. The New Year's Eve celebrations & fireworks were truly amazing & when the construction of Blue Water island is complete the views from the apartment will be out of this world, we cannot wait to return, this property is the perfect choice, thanks Natalie for all of your help. — Brenda, UK, 13 Mar 2016

We felt at home from the minute we arrived, lovely spacious apartment even better than the pictures , very comfortable, spotlessly clean with great furnishings and perfect for a large family like ours.
The location right at the end of JBR walk was great and the views amazing we planned to travel a little , but didn't really need to everthing you could need is right on your doorstep, we hired a car but i really wouldn't bother we only used it once!

We really loved the location , and the apartment was really nice , very comfortable and spacious furnishings were lovely with very nice touches , we would certainly recommend , if you like to be near everything it's perfect we have stayed on the palm before , and to be honest it's to quiet if you have kids , plenty to do here JBR walk is amazing and all on your doorstep ! What a Fantastic time we all had I have never written a review, but felt it only fair considering the service we received there were 7 of us altogether with the kids.
With 4 bedrooms (en-suite) there was no problems in space, sharing facilities (also a stand-alone bathroom is available). The view from the apartment was ideal to sit on the balconies & just relax, also the windows are very large just to star gaze, & the apartment was equipped just like my own home :-) The rear entrance of the apartment block led strait to a private outside pool (with a separate toddler pool - beautiful), then less than 300 meters you’re in the sea where there are jet skis, Para sailing & other water sport activities via a hire shop at the Hilton next door and on the beach. Everything around this apartment is perfect, there is peace & excitement all in the same area. The location of the apartment block is almost like a cul-de-sac very private but a short walk away to the rest of the strip... Also most important I bought my parents & they absolutely loved the whole arrangement. Therefore I wish to thank Natalie & Co for helping make our holiday superb. And I will go back & stay there without a thought can’t wait for blue water island to be finished as it will be an extra attraction with the largest Ferris wheel in the world the view will be amazing . — Carly, Surrey UK, 07 Dec 2015

We travel to Dubai 3 or 4 times a year & can honestly say this apartment is the best place we've stayed, the location is perfect situated on the busy JBR Walk where everything is going on & you couldn't ask for more, there's even a well stocked 24 Hr supermarket on your door step. The views from every floor to ceiling window are absolutely stunning & the 2 large fully kitted out balconies make them the best & most comfortable place to watch the sunset. The furniture & interior are by far the most luxurious we've seen & the amenities made our stay better than any 5* hotel, the infinity pool overlooks you're own private beach which has sun loungers, umbrellas & acces to the hotel bar for food & beverages. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious & spacious place to stay in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will always choose this property for all of our future trips to Dubai, we've already booked to return for our new year holiday & cannot wait. We usually stay at the Grosvenor House Hotel , however the price was out of our budget for three rooms , this was the first time we had tried a holiday rental , and we weren't disappointed , Natalie responded straight away to our questions and booking ,the meet and greet service and housekeeping first class, the location was perfect! plenty of things to do on your doorstep as well as a beach and sea views , great restaurants within 5 minutes walk , ideal for a family ,I will never stay in a hotel again in Dubai , far more space , fantastic furnishings , I will be booking again.
